Description
Acaone 100 mg Capsule contains Acalabrutinib, a targeted therapy used in certain types of blood cancers such as mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). Use only under oncologist supervision.

Indications and Usage

Treatment of Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) in adults who have received at least one prior therapy.

Treatment of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) and Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL) in adults.
Use only when prescribed by a qualified oncologist and in accordance with diagnostic testing and monitoring.
How it Works
Acalabrutinib blocks the Bruton Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) enzyme, which cancerous B-cells need to survive and multiply. By inhibiting BTK, it disrupts cancer cell signaling, slowing tumor growth and helping control disease progression.
Dosage & Administration

Usual dose: 100 mg capsule twice daily, or as prescribed

Swallow whole, with or without food

Take at the same time each day

Do not crush, chew, or break the capsule

Do not skip or stop doses without consulting the oncologist

Requires routine blood tests and clinical monitoring
