Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Customer: Orders can be canceled only before they are processed for shipment. Customers must contact our support team to cancel an order as soon as possible.
- Cancellation by MedsMonks: MedsMonks reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of stock unavailability, incorrect prescription, or suspected fraud.
- Refunds for Cancellations: Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after cancellation. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Partial Order Cancellation: Partial cancellations are allowed for orders containing multiple items, provided the items have not been processed for shipment.
- Order Modification: If you would like to modify your order rather than cancel it, please contact our support team within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Time Frame for Cancellation Requests: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before shipment processing.
- Cancellation Charges: Cancellation fees may apply for orders where processing has already begun. Customers will be informed of any applicable fees during the cancellation process.
- Shipping Costs Refund: Shipping fees will be refunded for orders canceled before shipment. If an order has already been shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customer Confirmation for Cancellation: Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with refund details (if applicable).
