Description

Acalnib 100 mg Capsule contains Acalabrutinib, a targeted anticancer medicine used to treat certain blood cancers. It helps slow cancer cell growth and disease progression under oncologist supervision.

Benefits

  • Targets cancer-causing B-cell pathways

  • Helps slow tumor growth and spread

  • Can improve progression-free survival

  • Convenient oral capsule formulation

  • Well-established option in modern hematologic oncology

Indications and Usage

Acalnib 100 mg Capsule is indicated for the treatment of:

  • Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) in adults previously treated

  • Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)

  • Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL)

Treatment must be initiated and supervised by an experienced oncologist.

How it Works

Acalabrutinib selectively inhibits BTK (Bruton Tyrosine Kinase) — a key enzyme required for malignant B-cell growth. By blocking this pathway, it prevents cancer cells from multiplying, helping control disease progression.

  • Swallow capsule whole with water

  • Take at the same times each day

  • Do not crush, chew, or open capsules

  • Do not skip or double doses

  • Routine blood tests and clinical monitoring required

Use only under oncologist guidance.
