Indications and Usage

• Treatment of Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) in adults who have received at least one prior therapy.

• Treatment of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) and Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL) in adults.

Use only when prescribed by a qualified oncologist and in accordance with diagnostic testing and monitoring.

How it Works

Acalabrutinib blocks the Bruton Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) enzyme, which cancerous B-cells need to survive and multiply. By inhibiting BTK, it disrupts cancer cell signaling, slowing tumor growth and helping control disease progression.

Dosage & Administration

• Usual dose: 100 mg capsule twice daily, or as prescribed

• Swallow whole, with or without food

• Take at the same time each day

• Do not crush, chew, or break the capsule

• Do not skip or stop doses without consulting the oncologist

• Requires routine blood tests and clinical monitoring

Side Effects

Common side effects:

• Headache

• Diarrhea

• Fatigue

• Muscle pain

• Easy bruising

Serious side effects:

• Severe bleeding

• Infections

• Irregular heartbeat

• Secondary cancers

• Low blood cell count
