Indications and Usage

Acaluxen 100 mg Capsule is indicated for:

• Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) in adults previously treated with at least one therapy

• Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)

• Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL)

Treatment must be initiated and supervised by an oncologist.

How it Works

Acalabrutinib selectively inhibits Bruton Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) — a key enzyme required for malignant B-cell growth. By blocking BTK, the medicine disrupts cancer cell signaling and slows disease progression.

Dosage & Administration

• Usual adult dose: 100 mg twice daily, or as prescribed

• Swallow capsule whole with water

• Take at the same times daily

• Do not crush, chew, or open the capsule

• Do not miss or double doses — consult your doctor

• Regular blood tests and clinical monitoring required
