Serious Side Effects Requiring Immediate Medical Attention
Contact your doctor immediately for stabbing chest pain, seizures, white patches or sores inside your mouth or on your lips, pain or burning when you urinate, jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), purple or red pinpoint spots under your skin, or feeling short of breath.

The most serious side effects include fever, cough, difficulty breathing, wheezing, swelling, feeling of heaviness or tightness, and pain. These could indicate lung inflammation (pneumonitis), a potentially serious complication that requires prompt medical evaluation.

Metabolic Side Effects
