Description

Imbruvica 140 mg Capsule contains Ibrutinib, a targeted cancer therapy used to treat certain blood cancers. It works by blocking signals that help cancer cells grow and survive, thereby slowing disease progression. Treatment should be taken under the supervision of an oncologist or hematologist.

Benefits

  • Targets cancer-causing B-cell signaling pathways

  • Helps slow cancer progression and improve survival

  • Oral capsule allows convenient daily dosing

  • Effective across multiple B-cell malignancies

  • Suitable for long-term disease management

Indications and Usage

Imbruvica 140 mg Capsule is indicated for:

  • Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)

  • Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL)

  • Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) (after prior therapy)

  • Waldenström’s Macroglobulinemia

  • Marginal Zone Lymphoma (MZL) (after prior treatment)

  • Chronic Graft-Versus-Host Disease (cGVHD) (selected patients)

Treatment must be prescribed and monitored by a specialist.

How it Works

Ibrutinib inhibits Bruton’s Tyrosine Kinase (BTK), a key enzyme involved in the survival and proliferation of malignant B-cells. By blocking BTK signaling, Imbruvica helps stop cancer cell growth and induces cancer cell death.
