Description
Ibrance 125 mg Capsule contains Palbociclib, an advanced targeted therapy used in the treatment of hormone receptor-positive (HR+), HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer. It works by blocking the activity of proteins called CDK4 and CDK6 (Cyclin-Dependent Kinases), which are essential for cancer cell growth and division. By inhibiting these kinases, Ibrance helps slow or stop the progression of cancer.
Ibrance is often prescribed in combination with hormonal therapy such as letrozole or fulvestrant, offering an effective option for postmenopausal women or patients with disease progression after prior endocrine treatment.
Key Benefits:
-
Proven targeted treatment for HR+, HER2-negative breast cancer
-
Slows down cancer cell growth and spread
-
Oral capsule for convenient at-home use
-
Enhances results when combined with hormonal therapy
