Description

Alecnib Alectinib 150 mg Capsule is a targeted cancer medicine used to treat ALK-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It helps slow tumor growth and spread under oncologist supervision.

Benefits

  • Specifically targets ALK-driven lung cancer

  • Helps slow tumor growth and metastasis

  • Proven improvement in progression-free survival

  • Effective against brain metastases

  • Convenient oral dosing for long-term therapy

Indications and Usage

Alecnib Alectinib 150 mg Capsule is indicated for:

  • ALK-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)

  • First-line treatment or after progression on previous ALK therapy

Diagnosis must be confirmed by ALK-testing, and treatment supervised by an oncologist.

How it Works

Alectinib blocks the activity of ALK (Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase) — an abnormal protein that drives cancer growth in certain lung cancers. By inhibiting ALK signaling, it prevents cancer cells from multiplying and spreading.

Dosage & Administration

  • Usual adult dose: 600 mg per day (150 mg capsules × 4), divided into two doses

  • Take with food, at the same times daily

  • Swallow capsules whole—do not crush or open

  • Do not stop or change dose without medical guidance

  • Requires routine liver, kidney, heart rate, and blood tests

Use only under oncologist supervision.
