Indications and Usage

• Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)

• Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) (after prior therapy)

• Waldenström’s Macroglobulinemia

• Marginal Zone Lymphoma (MZL) (after prior treatment)

• Chronic Graft-Versus-Host Disease (cGVHD) (selected patients)

How it Works

Ibrutinib inhibits Bruton’s Tyrosine Kinase (BTK), a key enzyme involved in the survival and proliferation of malignant B-cells. By blocking BTK signaling, Imbruvica helps stop cancer cell growth and induces cancer cell death.

Dosage & Administration
