Description

How it Works

Pemetrexed inhibits multiple folate-dependent enzymes required for DNA and RNA synthesis. By blocking these pathways, it prevents cancer cells from dividing and growing, leading to tumor control.

Dosage & Administration

• Dose determined based on body surface area (BSA) and clinical condition

• Given as an intravenous infusion every 3 weeks
