Non-squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma

Therapy must be initiated and supervised by an oncologist.
How it Works
Pemetrexed inhibits multiple folate-dependent enzymes required for DNA and RNA synthesis. By blocking these pathways, it prevents cancer cells from dividing and growing, leading to tumor control.

Given as an intravenous infusion every 3 weeks
