Indications and Usage

Alunbrig 90 mg Tablet is indicated for:

• ALK-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in adults

• Treatment of patients previously treated with other ALK inhibitors, including crizotinib

Diagnosis and treatment must be supervised by an oncologist with ALK-positive confirmation.

How it Works

Brigatinib selectively inhibits Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase (ALK) — a mutated protein that drives cancer growth in certain lung cancers. By blocking ALK signaling, it disrupts cancer cell survival, slowing tumor development and metastasis.

Dosage & Administration

• Standard dosing often starts at 90 mg once daily, then may increase as directed

• Swallow tablet whole with water

• Take with or without food at the same time daily

• Do not crush, chew, or split the tablet

• Requires routine liver function, lung, blood pressure, and glucose monitoring
