Indications and Usage
Alpesib 150 mg Tablet is indicated for:

HR-positive, HER2-negative metastatic or advanced breast cancer

Confirmed PIK3CA gene mutation

Used in combination with fulvestrant

For postmenopausal women and adult men after prior endocrine therapy
Diagnosis and treatment must be supervised by an oncologist.
How it Works
Alpelisib selectively inhibits the PI3K-alpha pathway, which is overactive in cancers with PIK3CA mutations. By blocking this signaling, it reduces cancer cell growth, survival, and resistance to hormonal therapy.
Dosage & Administration

Typical dose: 150 mg once daily, or as prescribed

Taken with food, at the same time each day

Swallow tablets whole—do not crush, chew, or break

Continue therapy unless disease progression or intolerance occurs

Requires routine monitoring of blood sugar, liver function, and skin reactions
