Indications and Usage
Alkixen Crizotinib 250 mg Capsule is indicated for:

ALK-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
-
ROS1-positive metastatic NSCLC
Diagnosis must be confirmed through approved biomarker testing, and treatment supervised by an oncologist.
How it Works
Crizotinib blocks abnormal ALK and ROS1 tyrosine kinase receptors, which drive uncontrolled cancer cell growth. By inhibiting these signaling pathways, it slows cancer progression and reduces tumor activity.
Dosage & Administration

Typical adult dose: 250 mg twice daily, or as prescribed

Swallow capsule whole with water

Take with or without food, at the same time daily

Do not crush, chew, or open the capsule

Do not skip or double doses

Requires routine liver tests, ECGs, and clinical monitoring
Use only under oncologist guidance.
